This was our 1st time to visit IIIPALMS and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The waiter was awesome and everyone was nice. Oh yeah, the main reason for going... the food was excellent! A little pricey, but we enjoyed it! We went for it anniversary and they surprise us with our names on the menu! This made it all worth it! Hands down, the best elegant restaurant in Tyler that made us feel special and not just a number!

Food was amazing and service was amazing! The manager checked on us several times making sure everything was okay and if we needed anything.
