"Bringing Gluten-Free Soba to the People" The Japanese word “soba” refers both to the buckwheat plant as well as the noodles made from buckwheat flour. the menu for food and drinks lacked enough options. I would not say it was an outstanding experience in the sense that there wasn’t anything that was ordered that I can rave about however the service and atmosphere was nice and I’d probably come back again if I was looking for a casual week day spot.
