The magnificent Stamford Park Homestead was built in 1882 by the entrepreneurial Row family as a Gentleman’s Residence. After many years of neglect, the homestead and six acres of grounds have been aesthetically restored, allowing it to once again become the ‘Jewel in Knox City’. Hochi Mama was the God Mother of all aspiring street artists and rappers in the early nineties. An immigrant in the big city, she hosted underground art shows along with rap battles for the rejects; a place where you could just be at home, but with family.     We went for the Feed Me menu after seeing a show at The Princess Theatre. Being vegan our options were limited but every plate was super delicious! The staff were engaging, friendly and helpful. Although we had a small table almost in a corner it didn't feel cramped and we hardly noticed the diners around us. Great value. Great location. Amazing food. Highly recommend

    Looked up best places to eat in Healesville as we had never visited before. Let me say we were not disappointed. The service was outstanding, food delicious and venue beautifully cooled on a very warm summers day. What a gem of a spot. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience. 10/10 from all of us. Thankyou Herd.

    Polite attention with an easy explanation of the specials and the table service. The meals were really good… finally chicken that was tender, tasty and not pre “made” or bought in but seemed to be house prepared. The pork belly special was so good that the person who had it said they could eat another serve as it was so delicious. Would definitely recommend.
