Down South CaJJun Eats was founded by twin brothers Jahmaal and Jermaine Dumes in the Spring of 2017. While Studying at Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX they decided to take a leap of faith. Originally from Beaumont, TX, they felt a tremendous part of their lives was missing in Austin. And that was Crawfish!!Coming from a family of cooks, they’ve always dreamed of starting a restaurant in their home state. We found this place in TikTok while looking for a black owned brunch place in Austin. This place delivered above our expectations.....we were a party of 5 and they received 9.5 from everyone. The grilled pork chop is all that and a bag of chips! We highly recommend eating here if your in Pflugerville! ✨️

The Kadai Chicken was to die for! First time I ate here and was so impressed by the food. The Kofta was incredible also. We will be going back soon!
