Gretchen was a super server, checked on us just the right amount of times. Told us specials and in house made treats! Food was great, the best we have had yet. Can't wait to return! Well worth the drive from Iowa!

We had the Cedar plank Salmon and the Parmesan crusted Walleye, and both were very good! The garlic mashed potatoes were nice and warm, but not very garlicky, which for some might be fine but I was hoping for a little bit more flavor. The green beans were cooked nicely, but not very flavorful and needed salt. Service was excellent, but it is extremely noisy on a Saturday night. Maybe that’s the way it is there, but we could barely hear ourselves without having to raise our voices as well. We hope to return when it is perhaps less noisy.

The weekend brunch is the absolute best. The Five West Sunrise is awesome, the Veggie Scramble is also fantastic. The breakfast potatoes rock and the hand cut garlic fries are the bomb! Five West is innovative, their staff is impeccable (Kim), and the food is incredible!

I met 3 friends for lunch. We shared 2 meatballs as an appetizer. They were fantastic and 2 meatballs were plenty for an appetizer. Our meal orders were all over the menu. All were delicious but the winner was the "Minute Chicken". We shared the Banana Pudding for dessert. There was plenty to share and was the best banana pudding that I have ever had. The place was packed on this Tuesday for lunch, but our server, Jessie, treated us as if we were the only table in the house. I can't wait to go back.
