The Depot Restaurant - Seaview features casual fine dining offering a Chef's Table to watch owner Chef Michael Lalewicz perform his magic from a display kitchen. The covered heated deck adds outdoor seating. A northwest and international wine list offers 16 wines by the glass, five microbrews and a hard cider on-tap. This 132 year old train station from the peninsula's Clamshell Railroad feels like a French Bistro especially when seated at the 9 seat counter reminding one of the Orient Express. Located in the charming beach town of Gearhart, OR - possibly best known for being the summer home & final resting place of James Beard, the godfather of American fine dining, The Pacific Way is located in a history filled 1929 building. Depending on the coastal weather, you may chose a cozy space indoors, warm by a fire or dine in our covered dog friendly patio. Our menu is farm-to-table, changes based on what is fresh from the farms this week & our culinary team offers chalkboard menu items regularly. You'll find our menu is seafood forward, but it is worth noting there's always something special on deck for the vegetarian and carnivore in the group. We were served our food very promptly after ordering, and things we had asked to be divided between two of us were divided without charge. The food was perfect temperature, and extremely tasty. We were very happy with the freshness, taste, presentation of our food. Definitely will recommend to others, and return whenever we are in the area.

Our server made for a very memorable experience. The food was excellent. A lovely environment I do hope music is brought back. We always count on an excellent meal at Bridgewater bistro.

We had a party of 6 to celebrate my 70th birthday and it was great. Eric was our waiter and he was awesome! The food was delicious .

Excellent restaurant in every respect; food, service, decor, you name it. This is a genuine diamond in the rough. I will never understand how a small town restaurant can find such talented kitchen staff. Pretty amazing. You won't be disappointed.
