They would drive animals down post roads to the New York City markets, and sell them “for as good a price as they could get.” Today Old Drovers Inn offers a unique casual dining experience for everyone including pub night every Wednesday. Be sure to have a specialty cocktail featured on our cocktail menus. Market Place Kitchen and Bar is a traditional American restaurant, operating with a theme of preparing all cuisines with organic and sustainable ingredients. The restaurant has a decent wooden décor, constructed with 300-years old barn wood from Brook Field's farm. Market Place Kitchen and Bar has a full-service banquet with modern business facilities for corporate events and meetings. Alex Lowe, the executive chef, has prepared a healthy menu for guests in Market Place Kitchen and Bar. Surf and turf is the specialty meal here. It is prepared with pork belly meat braised in duck fat for four hours. It is served with apple marmalade, caramelized scallops and house made kale chips. The ‘famous rigatoni Bolognese GF' pasta is prepared with sweet Italian sausage, milk-fed veal, pomodoro tomato cream, fresh ricotta, grana padano parmigiano cheese and fine herbs. The bar serves a variety of European wines and tap beers.
