Friendly great service from the host stand, to the server, to the manager. Good was very good as well. Haven’t been to a BJs in years, will definitely be back soon

We enjoyed the service and atmosphere at Burntwood Tavern in North Olmsted. The food is good as well.

It’s a small place and open so it may be noisy for some folks but it was not to the point that it bothered us. If you’re sensitive to noise it might be better if you sit along the wall. The drinks were good. My only thought about drinks are if you’re going to craft beverages you can’t but regular ice cubes in a bourbon drink. The food we had was good we split the fish and chips and the crab legs. I had the New England clam chowder it was a little bacon heavy but I like bacon so it didn’t bother me. All and all it is a good place and I have had fish and chips everywhere and that was my favorite yet.

Great service, fun and tasty drinks and delicious food. Lots of choices. Love the ambience.

My only concern is if you make reservations six hours before your arrival time, your table should be ready when you arrive. But, overall, we had a waitress, who customer service skills were over the top. Rochelle was her name, and she was excellent! And showed the patience of Job with us. And that to me was much appreciated because so many times you go, they are understaffed, trying to do to many tables, and their patience is not very long, but with her, and I believe you were understaffed, she still showed expert courtesy!
