Lunch and dessert items were simply AMAZING; some of the best flavors one has ever had! Decor and ambience were also fantastic. Service was excellent. Ladies restroom was awful; some stalls no toilet paper, trash can totally overflowing. With no toilet paper, long line formed outside the bathroom because not all stalls could be used during a busy period. Floor under the table was littered with food.

We had a wonderful experience at Summer House. We checked in for our reservation and were seated in less than five minutes. Our waitress was super kind accommodating, always checking to refill our water and asking if we needed anything. Food was fantastic! I had the sangria and the Cobb salad, my daughter had the pizza and mu husband had the caesar salad with ahi tuna. All delicious!!! Generous portion sizes. I will definitely will be coming back. 10/10

Fun and festive atmosphere. Live music. Great service and food. Love the outdoor venue!

There were 6 of us Valentines Day. We were seated in a private room with only 4 tables so noise level of conversation was low. Seating time was at 4:30 p.m. and we were seated promptly upon arrival. Food was good, we were particularly overwhelmed at the size of the dinner salad. It was tasty and one serving was enough for 2. Olive butter with foccia bread was outstanding. All in all everyone agreed for a first time visit we gave it an A+

Awesome service and food as we have come to expect at Prime 3. Inside noise is still loud so we usually eat outside. Which doesn’t have much ambiance as it’s right on the sidewalk and you have the street noise as well as people walking between the tables on the sidewalk.
