I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink.     Our waitress was incredibly knowledgable about not only Nobu, but food in general. She recommended the most delicious items and was patient with our millions of questions. Her attitude was so positive it seemed like she was truly happy to be there. Service is wonderful and the portions are small but this allows you to order many things & not be overwhelmed. I was so pleased with my experience, just didn’t love the chairs and the carpet floors….

    A Wonderful Thanksgiving Experience at “The House” This was our first time visiting “The House,” and it certainly won’t be our last! Even though we arrived an hour early for our reservation and the restaurant was fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with a seating arrangement. The Thanksgiving dinner package was absolutely delicious—everything was perfectly prepared and flavorful. To top it off, our server, Fabiola, provided exceptional service, ensuring that our experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely return. Thank you, “The House,” for making our Thanksgiving truly special!
