There are ninety-nine different ways to write “sushi” in the Japanese script of kanji. Each with its own unique interpretation and meaning. It was with great deliberation that our founder, Billy, chose 寿司 to best represent his personal interpretation of the word - Celebration of Fish!That’s exactly how Billy feels about the art of making sushi and the atmosphere that surrounds it - it should be a celebration! Which is why Billy Sushi is more than just a restaurant, it is an experience for anyone who allows themselves to take part.     Amazing bloody mary and mimosa bar, almost a meal in themselves! We were celebrating a birthday, which got us a free photo booth token and dessert to share. I didn't realize how big this place is! We were seated in the quieter dining side, but the live music playing in the other area wasn't too loud. Looks like a nice happy hour, too, so we'll have to return soon for that!

    This was our first time at Billy Sushi and it did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal and our server Suheily made wonderful recommendations that ensured we got the best experience! We can’t wait to go back and make our way through the menu!

    We have had a Christmas tradition of breakfast out since I was a child, over 50 years going now. We had 4 generations represented. This was our first Christmas in the twin cities. We chose Cosmos based on the reviews and couldn’t be happier with the choice. Ambiance, food and service were top notch. Daniel was outstanding! Will definitely be returning.

    Most lobby restaurants are not the greatest experience. The Milwaukee, however, was a pleasant surprise. From a gracious hostess to a joyful waitress, to a very, very good meal for the four of us. The only food negative was a relatively bland dressing on the Caesar salad. T”My pappardelle was outstanding and the others felt the risotto, burger and salmon were very fine.
