At the Nag’s Head we are passionate about food and the excellent quality produce that is available locally. The majority of our food is freshly prepared and cooked from ‘farm to fork’ by our Head Chef Andy Millard and his enthusiastic kitchen team. Our menu is varied and seasonal, appealing to all tastes and includes Chef Specials, favourite traditional “pub classics” and Sunday roasts. We cater for different palettes and today’s changing tastes including children, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. As our dishes are prepared and cooked in house, we can usually accommodate most dietary needs.We pride ourselves on serving locally produced real ales. Lovely lunch Very quiet there but excellent service and beautifully prepared dishes. Imaginative menu too with interesting Welsh ingredients. Icing on the cake was the free bubbly which they kindly provided to celebrate a birthday….Lovely touch.

Birthday lunch for two, veggie and non-veggie. Friendly and obliging service. Great food of excellent quality with original touches. The veggie breakfast was especially good. Overall, great value. This place desires to thrive - but not being overly busy was good news for those of us who enjoy the peace and quiet.
