Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State.     Four of us dined there and we all liked the food we ordered. Our server was truly terrific. She saw that we preferred a quiet table, and she found us one that was set apart so that we could converse easily. The food was definitely a cut above: more inventive, fresher, better ingredients, better execution than your average restaurant.

    Wonderful experience! We stumbled upon this place while visiting for our mini-moon and the restaurant was very trendy yet charming. Our server was very attentive and sweet (older gentleman) and the food was delicious, especially the dark chocolate pot de creme!

    Birthday dinner on a quiet fall Monday night. Sous chef in the kitchen. We were alone in a quiet room with a well selected jazz playlist providing ambience. An excellent meal in a quiet elegant setting Highlights included the hen of the woods risotto, venison and duck special with sweet potato gnocchi and the spaghetti squash entrée as well as the gluten free brownie dessert. All were truly excellent. Also had an very good Manhattan. Jess provided outstanding service and recommendations. Not inexpensive but worth it. Highly recommended.
