Ocean Boulevard Bistro and Martini Bar is an upscale dining restaurant on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We are open nightly for dinner and drinks through all seasons. We pride ourselves in using fresh local and regional ingredients, in season, to create interesting and flavorful meals. We have a comprehensive wine list and have been awarded "Best of the Beach - 2014-2017" for our Martini Bar. We also have an oceanside patio, across the street from the beach, for drinks and waiting. Located in the original Caffey’s Inlet Life Saving Station No. 5, the Lifesaving Station is Sanderling’s casual, three-meal-a-day restaurant celebrating southern coastal cuisine. After the winter renovations, the second level now offers sweeping views of the Currituck Sound and available for large parties with an expansive kid’s menu. The menu changes seasonally, and specials feature the freshest of the day’s catch. This season’s highlights are Shrimp and Grits, Crab Stuffed Flounder or Pan Seared Duck Breast. Since the restaurant's inception in 1985, the Sanderling Blue Crab Chowder has been a favorite. The Lifesaving Station maintains an impressive wine list. At the newly renovated No 5 Bar now located on the first level, local North Carolina breweries are featured on tap while specialty cocktails include “Keeper’s Watch” . A new No 5 bar food menu is available all day.

Great place for quiet evening with your loved one. Great service wonderful food couldn't ask for anything else. If you want to be pampered to go to Ocean boulevard.

We never pass up a chance to go to Steamers when we are in OBX. Linda and team go above and beyond to ensure an outstanding dining experience. The menu options are varied, and the food is always fresh, delicious, and well presented. We’ve been customers of theirs for 30 years now, and they never disappoint!

Amazing place to celebrate anything really! It was our first time, there to celebrate a birthday and I think 4 other tables were celebrating at the same time. Definitely make a reservation, the food is incredible. Remember this is from scratch and made to order, so it does take slightly longer to get your entree. But between the fresh baked bread, salad, and a starter for the table, you’ll be asking for a box to take leftover home!
