We are three New York hospitality industry veterans, and Cecily is our Greenpoint home. Originally conceived during the pandemic as a mission-driven neighborhood restaurant with a deep and thoughtful wine list, where we could provide our employees meaningful profit sharing and ownership, and our guests incredible service. Named for an endearing Vietnamese phrase shared between friends and family, Di An Di translates to “let’s go eat” and specializes in modern Vietnamese fare. Owned and operated by first-generation Vietnamese-Americans, the cuisine is rooted in tradition with a focus on innovation, led by Executive Chef Caroline Hahm. The restaurant's signature dish, Pho Thin Hanoi, is a northern-style pho that captures the essence of Vietnamese flavors.     Wonderful unique Viet dishes. Stands out were the spring rolls and omelette cake for starters and the turmeric dish and roasted chicken were entree stand outs. The pho was a little disappointing the broth didn’t had the fresh flavor taste I normally enjoy and the pork skewer sausage was too fatty for me. Overall - Excellent.

    Great restaurant in a lovely work of Brooklyn. Creative menu with comfort food and Asian inspiration. Really loved the cocktails and the service was excellent

    What a great surprise. The sprouts Chef Training program sounds like an amazing opportunity for youth to gain experience and the Chef/restaurants a pipeline for entre level help. The resturant, staff and food was excellent. Bravo!!!
