We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill. Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style. Carnal focuses on the bold flavors of wood fire and caramelization balanced with acidic, raw, and seasonal elements. We started making wine in the garage as a hobby back in 2008, but for Winemaker Mark Hulst, it quickly became a passion. By 2012 Skagit Cellars began commercially producing wine. Within a year our wines began winning awards at local, national, and international wine competitions.We select only the finest grapes from the Chelan and Columbia Valleys and use a natural process during production. Currently, 80% of fruit is sourced from Lake Chelan AVA. The grapes harvested from each vintage should be the focal point of every bottle and as a result, our wine represents the best flavors of each variety from that year. $20 tasting fee waived with bottle purchase.

    Professionally dressed and courteous staff. Food is top notch and always consistent. The time between courses was enough to allow a relaxed dining experience for the six of us. We've been eating at various Anthony's for many years.

    Incredible burger and salad! Honestly the whole experience was perfect. The melon de bourgogne wine was also incredible.

    One of the best restaurants we've been to in the Pacific Northwest recently. The interior has a really cool, artsy vibe and the service was excellent, providing menu selection tips and recommendations. The focaccia with mortadella, mozzarella, alfredo, and parm could've been a dessert it was so yummy. The ricotta gnocchi was also delightful but their black cod stole the show with serrano ham, mussels, chiogga beets and broth -- who knew that combo of ingredients would taste and look so good!
