The Loon Lodge Restaurant specializes in New American Cuisine, prepared with the freshest ingredients (seasonally available) from local growers.Begin your meal with a choice from our Wine & Spirits. We offer a meticulously chosen wine list, an extensive cocktail menu and an excellent selection of locally-brewed and national brand beers to begin your evening as our guest. Our wine & spirits menu is available in both our restaurant and the Pickford Pub. All of our food is crafted from scratch. We use locally sourced proteins and produce; natural and organic when available. Our steaks are hand cut and our burgers are our own fresh grind of steak, grilled on our apple wood fired grill. You’ll find no better choice in the Rangeley area.

Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm Estate, our 1895 Gilded Age mansion tucked among Maine's High Peaks. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients procured from small Maine growers and farmers. Our offerings change weekly, sometimes nightly. We offer a single prix fixe tasting menu with five courses. Our menus reflect Chef JennyBess Chaim's travels across the globe and varied ethnic backgrounds, ranging from Nordic traditions to Middle Eastern comfort food. We welcome you to a single nightly seating at 7:00 p.m., by prior reservation only. Some of our tables are private; some share space with other diners. Our Lounge rejuvenates Prohibition novelties with shrubs from Precessional Apothecary, house-made bitters, syrups, infusions, and homemade aquavit. Stick-to-your-bones bar snacks are available in the Lounge.
