Visit Maa' Deyo in one of the oldest inns in St. Pauli for an exceptional dinner. The menu includes a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes as well as fish and meat dishes. The classic Peruvian ceviche (raw fish marinated with vegetables, herbs and lime juice) is just as absent as the traditional South American crudo (beef tartare). Für unsere Burger Klassiker verwenden wir regionales Rindfleisch (150g, medium gebraten), Bacon und Kikok-Mais-Hähnchen von der Schlachterei Fricke aus Stellingen. Auch für unsere täglich frisch gemachten Saucen und Mayo´s verwenden wir nur beste Zutaten. Wir legen hierbei großen Wert auf Frische, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit – und das schmeckt man! Selbstverständlich findet ihr bei uns auch eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Burgern. Wähle zwischen hausgemachten Blackbean- oder Sojapattie. Und für die etwas experimentierfreudigeren empfehlen wir gerne unsere Asia Burger im gedämpften Bao-Brötchen. Als Beilage könnt ihr zwischen „Normalen“ oder Süßkartoffelpommes wählen, oder ihr probiert unsere beliebten Chilli-Cheese-Fritten mit hausgemachter Käsesauce und Jalapenos. Um das ganze noch etwas abzurunden findet ihr neben unseren Krautsalaten auch Blattsalate auf unserer Karte. Ein Besuch lohnt sich aber nicht nur zum Essen, auch unsere „Drinks“ sind superlecker.

Aufgetischt werden bei uns die liebsten Klassiker der Hamburger Küche, feine Hausmannskost aus dem Norden – und unsere Stadt wäre nicht das Tor zur Welt, würden wir nicht immer mal wieder einen beherzten Blick über den hanseatischen Tellerrand werfen.
