Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced.     Wow! Sat at the chef’s counter and watched them prepare the food. Great service. Fun to watch the chefs. The food was outstanding and the courses were well paced. We will definitely be back.

    A real delight in all respects! Acoustics are well-controlled so one can hear both music and conversation. I had the truffle starter with egg yolk in Parmesan, really excellent and not too heavy. Focaccia was a great way to scoop up the egg. Venison medallions for the main were also terrific. The Sommelier recommended wine was good but despite being 2012 to a while to open up. Decanting helped. Didn’t stay for dessert due to leftovers of same at home.

    Food here is delicious, presentation is attractive, decor is cozy, service is friendly and efficient.  The menu seemed a bit underwhelming to me at first with relatively few choices that I thought I would like, but everything I tasted was fantastic, so I got some culinary and gustatory education.

    Very good carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, and pasta dishes. Chicken was also delicious! Fire place added nice ambiance.
