Der Duft frischer Zutaten und der teils direkt aus dem Nahen Osten importierten Gewürze liegt in der Luft. Sie verzaubern die Sinne und sind tragend für NOAs kulinarische Reise von Casablanca, über Tel Aviv und Istanbul bis hin nach Mumbai. Hausgemachte Mezze bestehend aus cremigen Hummus-Variationen, frischer Tabouleh, Babaganoush und würzig pikantem Harissa laden zum gemeinsamen Essen ein. Ebenso vielfältig sind auch die Hauptspeisen: Köfte und Lammkeule, landestypische vegetarische und vegane Gerichte, sowie frische Bowls und knackige Levante-Salate mit raffinierten Toppings. Allesamt sind so verführerisch, dass man um’s Teilen kaum herumkommt. Zu jedem Gericht wird ein selbstgebackenes, ofenfrisches Pita-Brot gereicht.
