Caroline's Table is a unique farm to table restaurant in the heart of the Eastern Shore. Chef Ken Zellers sources locally grown and harvested seafood, proteins and vegetables and works magic to elevate them into a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a historic building that has been lovingly restored. It was formally the town doctors house with his office in a small adjacent building. We always have a fantastic meal and service at Bonz. Scotty goes way above the norm to make our meal time the best time so I thank Scotty and the entire team for making our first dinner 2025 the best.

The hostess and service were excellent. We got to sit where we wanted -the oyster bar so my daughter who lives in Dallas could have a great oyster house experience. The food was great! Oysters presented and explained well, staff friendly and prompt service.

We had the special for the evening. The chicken was very good; however, the potatoes were not thoroughly cooked and had hard undercooked pieces in the mash. Service by Patty was excellent.
