Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. Our concept is to create a cozy atmosphere, featuring delicious bistro style sharable appetizers and classic popular dishes from diverse regions in France paired with a great selection of wines and cocktails. Our name, Entrecôte, is a very popular Ribeye Steak dish served in bistros and specialty restaurant in France. Our server, Adam, was wonderful and made our evening most memorable! The holiday decorations were beautiful and, as always, the food was delicious! Adam recommended a bottle of wine that paired perfectly with our meal. Thank you so much, Adam. You are a gem.

Wish I could give our server an extra star. I don't recall her name, but she was absolutely fantastic. She was full of energy, helped us out with our selections, provided recommendations, and fully aware of our needs. Kudos!
