The Bistro Quarter's restaurant and bar is located on the fringes of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke on Trent in Staffordshire.It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining and affordability. Amazing breakfast, just outstanding quality. I was especially excited to see kedgeree on the menu, and it was delicious! My husband had the traditional breakfast and loved it. The tea was also top quality. Great service. We will be back!

This is a unique and memorable dining experience. The food is top class, the setting is atmospheric. It is an evening of story-telling, reflection and the sensation of taste. While never being overbearing, the presentation of the meal causes us to reflect on our relationship with food and nature. A great evening that I think only The Potteries could provide.
