Glen-Ella Springs Inn Restaurant is open to the public and inn guests beginning at 5:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday April through December, and Wednesday through Saturday January through March. Calling ahead is recommended as some additional nights are closed in the winter. Wonderful meal tonight. Started with the beer battered okra with a nice remoulade sauce, butternut squash soup to die for and a gorgeous specialty salad with perfectly seasoned and cooked salmon on top. Finished the meal with a peanut butter cream pie and that right there is a PERFECT dinner. In addition, staff were so kind & friendly!

OMG, we can’t express how great of an evening we had last night. It started with a history lesson of the restaurant, old bank, and continued with outstanding service and amazing food. Highly recommend!!
