From sunrise to sunset, guests of Sage Lodge visit The Fireside Room to relax and enjoy food and drinks in a truly spectacular setting that is quintessentially Montana. Everett’s 8800 is offering a four-course prix-fixe menu for $155 per guest or a six-course tasting menu for $225, for both lunch and dinner through February 18th.Beginning February 19th, Everett's will be offering an a la carte menu for both lunch and dinner, and the tasting menu will no longer be available. Updated menus will be available soon. Food was amazing as always and staff was great! Did not realize since booking through Open Table that menu was set tasting menu versus regular menu. Not Sage fault. Open Table should have noted that.

Cozy, family friendly ambiance. Excellent wine list. Friendly servers. Venison was a stand out. Highly recommend getting a pre dinner drink at the bar right outside the restaurant & listening to live music.

Excellent food. Had baked Camembert appetizer, slow braised short ribs, trout and wagyu striploins. Everything was cooked to perfection. Chef easily accommodated a food allergy by coming out and talking to us directly and checked in after food came out to see if pleased. Personable waiter. Literally no complaints which is rare. Highly recommend.
