Allred's is operating with a prix fixe menu that mixes local and regional as well as organic and original. Our contemporary American cuisine is available daily for dinner throughout the Summer and Winter seasons. Reservations are strongly encouraged. The bar offers the full pre-fixe menu as well as a la carte options. Bar seating is first come, first serve. To get to Allred's, take the gondola from either Telluride or Mountain Village and exit at the mid-station—St. Sophia Station. Follow the signs to Allred's.

Side Work has won Taste of Telluride's "People's Choice" Winner for 2 years in a row with our seasonally composed menu items- Achiote Pineapple Cured Hamachi and Dominic's Ceviche.Side Work Restaurant has a strict 24 hour Cancelation Policy. Any 'day of' cancelations will result in a fee of $65 per person. We do not offer a designated kid's menu. Please understand that our menu is not designed to accommodate the expectations of younger diners, however, we will do our best to find items off our menu that we believe younger diners will enjoy.

    This was our first trip to Telluride/Mountain Village in Colorado. Our reservations were at 6 pm and we were the first to arrive. Sebastian was our server and he was very tentative to our questions and taking our orders. We had a bottle of the Cabernet Sauvignon - Bruce - from California. The wine was outstanding and was suggested by the bartender as a replacement for the bottle we originally ordered. He was spot on and enjoyed it greatly. My daughter and I ordered Elk Bolognese and it was outstanding! My husband and the Smash Burger and he was very satisfied with his choice. As other reviews state- the View from this restaurant is awesome!

    Incredible food and service was exceptional. They were the perfect balance of attentive while allowing us time to enjoy the experience. They were mindful with pacing of courses and each dish was perfectly seasoned and arrived hot. We will be back.

    We had been to Telluride 5 times, always staying at the Inn at Lost Creek (where Siam Talay is located) before we tried this spot. I am a child when it comes to food, so Thai food is not something I would voluntarily try…. OK LESSON LEARNED!!! Get the app Siam Platter & the Drunken Noodles!!!! I’m obsessed. Service, food, atmosphere = all OUTSTANDING. Thank you always. I will be back! AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN
