L2 features Kansas City 28 day aged Certified Hereford Beef and the Midwest’s freshest seafood flown in twice weekly from around the world. Our beef is prepared in a 1600 degree radiant oven, sealing in the juices, while creating the perfect steak. Other features are our extensive list of sides, such as egg noodles and cheese, house cut sweet onion rings, steamed asparagus and creamed spinach that are large enough to feed two. The live quartet was great! The setting is beautiful. The food was varied and very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch. Opportunity for improvement: The check-in did not start until 11 when they opened and was slow.

Level 2 surpassed all our expectations. The Thanksgiving offerings were superb and after this meal I will be forever judging other upscale restaurants in how they compare to Level 2. Our family came from three states to spend the holiday together and our Thanksgiving brunch was the highlight for each of us. I seldom take the time to write restaurant reviews but the Level 2 meal and service were worthy of an excellent review.

Overall, was a good experience. Food was good, but not necessarily surging to write home about. The environment was noisy, but expected. Overall a good experience. Our stalls did come out almost rare and we did have to send them back for a little more heat, but other than that all was good.
