Water Lane is a restaurant based within a working market garden in the High Weald of Kent. Guided by the seasons, our menu reflects its sense of place in the English countryside where we grow our own vegetables and use local suppliers. Superb food -- one of the best meals I've had in the local area. Lamb chop and beef fillet were real highlights. Friendly, warm and welcoming, with drinks by a cosy fire. More of a gastro pub so different from most pubs in the area -- in a good way: remarkable quality and attention to detail. We will be back soon!

Everything was great. Food was delicious. Dogs were welcome. Atmosphere was cosy. Preferred the snug over the main restaurant - it was just so cosy! Would highly recommend.
