The food was great and the wait staff were very attentive. The view of the lake made it a perfect setting.

Jacob was a fantastic waiter. Couldn’t ask for a better server.

We had a graduation celebration for my son. The service was amazing and so was the food. Very crowded because of other celebrations but the restaurant handled it very well. Extremely happy with our experience.

To be clear, I’m a big fan of the Bedford Springs resort, but the upscale dining options there have always felt…underwhelming. I dined on a Saturday night in the Crystal Room. I like the way the Crystal room presents, with simple, but classic decor right in the heart of the hotel. But the menu is very conservative and rather limited, and quite expensive, so it can’t help but be a little disappointing. My partner had the salmon and I had the pork medallions: both were good, solid, well prepared, and flavorful. Our server was very nice, attentive and charming. Our food came out in a very timely fashion. I’ll dine there again I’m sure, and my guess is that when I do I will again wish the prices matched the overall experience a bit better.

We have been here many times and love it! Always excellent food and atmosphere!
