Our wine list is meticulously curated on a seasonal basis by son Philip Hobson, selecting from Greece's top vineyards who produce indigenous varietals such as Assyrtiko & Xinomavro, and western grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon & Sauvignon Blanc.
