At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt.     Such an amazing experience every time I have dinner here! I took my aunts from out of town here last night. They couldn’t stop raving about the great service, the excellent quality of food- and not to mention how extremely affordable it is. The pasta dishes are out of this world! Talk about FRESH and DELICIOUS!

    Took a chance for a last minute anniversary dinner. Great choice! Unbelievably creative cocktails, very attentive after, and really interesting Mexican menu. Taco appetizers were good, but the other dishes - mole enchilada and guava paste tostada - were exceptional. And the cocktail were so good we skipped dessert to indulge in one more round. Great little gem (in a funny strip mall). Highly recommend.

    It was our first time here; we were looking for a new Brunch place, and how happy are we to have stumbled upon this treasure!! The Brunch menu was not very large but offered some unique and interesting options. We ordered French toast & pancakes that were delicious!! I had the Greek salad with chicken….and it was extremely tasty!!! Waitress was very attentive and refilled coffee without even asking. We will be back..and will spread the word!!!
