Utter Waffle - a gem within the South London brunch scene! We opened our Herne Hill restaurant in 2021, and since have become an institution in Herne Hill's small but awesome food scene. Since our launch, we've collected a small cabinet of trophies and awards, and have even cooked our savoury waffles on Masterchef, Sunday Brunch & Saturday Kitchen!Our busy brunch restaurant serves everything from fried chicken & waffles and our signature avo smash, to bottomless brunch & craft beers. For those with a sweet tooth - fret not as the desserts are pretty good too - (we're even the proud winners of The Best Dessert in the UK (British Street Food Awards)), so there really is something for everyone! We pride ourselves on a super-inclusive menu and ability to cater for those with dietary requirements; We're co-owned by a coeliac, don't handle any gluten on-site, plus we boast loads of vegetarian and vegan options too! A grand old dame of a pub in the centre of Herne Hill and opposite Brockwell Park. In the front, we are large, light and airy around our central island bar. Out the back, we have our large decked garden, with some shade. To eat, we serve traditional pub food with a modern approach. We go for product quality over marketing for our draught and bottled beer collection and have a range of rotating ales. Dog friendly, date-night friendly, spot of food and then drinks for a celebration friendly, bring your folks for lunch when they are visiting friendly. You get the idea - we are quite friendly.

"THE STORY Our story began in 2018 when lifelong friends and business partners Daniele and Eduardo spotted an opportunity to bring ‘la bella vita’ to busy Londoners. Using Daniele’s Italian Nonna and her traditional recipes as inspiration we embarked on a mission to bring the best fresh pasta dishes in London town! Our pasta is freshly made daily with zero zero flour from Italy and it is combined with egg, water, and salt. Our sauces are made in-house with Nonna’s love using the freshest ingredients sourced from Italy and our UK homeland. Nonna’s dishes are finished with a sprinkle of Pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese depending on preference and tradition and of course, the pasta will be always cooked al dente, Nonna’s way!"

Trinity reopened in October 2015 with the same ethos, culture and team whilst recreating a new and refreshing backdrop - retaining its sophistication and remaining a restaurant of significance in Clapham. An alfresco dining area accommodates 16 guests, the dining room seating 40 guests that now have a clear view into an open plan kitchen with banquette seating surrounded by the soft hues of jade green and dusty heather pink. Staying true to his style of cookery, the new menu will focus on Adam’s interpretation of great classics in a relaxed and approachable setting. The kitchen presents a four course a la carte menu for a set price of £70 for lunch and £120 for dinner. The wine list continues to offer great value with the Chef's Cellar List (just add VAT and corkage), increasing both our quantity and quality and a overall extension to the main wine list of up to 400 bins now on display in the feature wine cellar on the ground floor.

    Where do i begin From the moment i walked through those double doors right up until the time i left- the service was unmatched. Host team, warm and friendly welcome from Anthony and Alexia, and then taken to my table in the restaurant where i was served by the beautiful Izzy and Nana. Service was seemless and perfect- just what we were looking for. Food and drinks? Wow. Couldn’t fault it at all- arrived within 20 minutes and took my palate to the moon and back. The pork rib was sensational, fell off the bone. Short rib feast? To die for. Choccie ganache? Legendary, you wouldn’t believe its vegan!! Sevice 10/10 food 10/10 drinks 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10. Do not hesitate to book. Thank you Blues kitchen Brixton for this amazing experience. I’ll definitely be seeing you weekly!!!

    Best food in the area! The mushroom spring roll is to die for. Really friendly and chilled service by the two guys behind the bar!

    Fab late lunch today. My friend has an egg allergy and hasn’t had waffles for 7 years - she loved it that Utter Waffle does vegan!

    Great experience at Archies. The cocktails and wine were delicious. Really nice atmosphere with a good buzz. The food was also lovely with a menu that has something for everyone. The stand out of the experience is the service, particularly the host who is excellent and really looked after us. Thanks for a super evening :)
