The Grill is our version of a contemporary steakhouse reimagined highlighting the very best of the finest ingredients hailing out of the Rocky Mountain region through modern technique and innovative comfort. Guests will enjoy our beautiful views of the Yellowstone River and Paradise Valley, while immersed into a service experience that is approachable, yet refined. Your adventure at Meadow Vue Ranch begins between 6:15 and 6:45 pm on a Wednesday or Saturday night. The first item of business is checking in at the cook shack you will get your tickets and pay for the rodeo and dinner. After checking in it is great time to go pick a seat next to the rodeo arena so that you can see all the action that is about to happen. 7 pm the rodeo begins with the presentation of the flag and the national anthem. There is something special about the national anthem at a rodeo. The action shifts to the mounted drill the children that are participating in our summer camp. The kids get to show all of the skills that they have learned over the past week. It is about to get western as it is time to check out the action down at the bucking shoots where we have bull riding, saddle bronc riding, and bareback riding. We bring in cowboys & cowgirls from all of the West Yellowstone area to come compete at our rodeos.
