The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-20 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. We leave tables unreserved in our beer garden and parts of inside for groups of less than 5 people and walk-ins. If you're wanting to make a reservation for 20+ people, please visit our webpage.

We can’t wait for you to experience one of the most unique experiences on the Mornington Peninsula. Before you book, please note the following:Picnics are $30 per head and children's meals can be ordered on the day. Payment is required upon checking in for your picnic experience.Your picnic will include a selection of pizzas, salad and chips, with drinks to be purchased at an additional cost during your picnic. Upon arrival, you will also receive a complementary tasting of our Home Track Apple Cider.Picnic bookings can seat groups of 6 – 12 and are for a maximum of 4 hours. Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant. Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. Credit card details are required at the time of booking for large groups however no funds are taken prior to your reservation. A $40 no-show fee is charged only without sufficient notice period of 12hrs. Whilst we love them, we cannot accomodate bookings for pets. A place that feels like home.. I don't mean that in a sense that the place is covered in dog hair, the tv is blaring, the kids are screaming and there's lego all over the floor; more in a sense that you feel welcomed, content and at home from the minute you enter, right up until you leave. We wanted to create a place, that I myself, would want to visit on a regular basis. A place where your name is more important to us than your money is. A place where you feel like a regular from your first visit. A place where you feel like a part of our family. A place you felt you've been before. A place that feels like home.... Ok, so we have fancy wine glasses, twinkling candles, nice chairs and really shiny cutlery, but don't let that fool you... We're humble, both in our service and in our food, and pretentiousness and oversized egos were banished from the premises the day we started trading. We are thrilled to have recommenced dining in, for breakfast & lunch, seven days a week from the 29th of October. Numbers are very limited & for this reason there are a couple of changes to the way we do things.- BREAKFAST service daily between 8.30am -10:45am. LUNCH service daily between 12.00pm -3.30pm. We have been here quite a few times (twice in the past 8 days) and have never been disappointed. Our Granddaughter (16) loved it as well. Well done Morning Sun. We are looking forward to our next visit 👍

Amazing setting and great in theory. Thought felt kinda left there with no help. Made a comment about needed a buzzer to get service. Also didn’t get told where the toilets where until we asked but had already treked back as we waited awhile and unable to figure out what to do. We actaullly tried calling the brewery twice.
