Churrasco has three centuries of tradition in the vast plains of the southernmost region of Brazil. Gauchos would prepare a feast for their family and friends by slow roasting various cuts of meat from each of their herd over an open flame pit. They offered to each family and friend, the best of the Gaucho’s herd, where they carved the meats at each table in a show of skill and gift giving.Located in Bakersfield’s Southwest neighborhood, Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse is a modern experience into Brazil’s traditional churrascaria, featuring the rodizio style of carved meats table side, along with our exquisite market table.     Junction is a great experience from start to finish, beginning with easy parking and ending with fresh Churros. The variety of food is great and paella exceptional. The owners are a great couple who make you feel appreciated for dining with them. A large bar where you can eat and there is usually space available. Definitely worth visiting when in Paso!

    Our expectations were surpassed. Upon arriving the hostess opened the door for us. We were seated at our table within minutes of arriving. The table was decorated with rose petals and a greeting card with wonderful anniversary wishes. The food was amazing, the meat cuts were phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and so welcoming. Definitely going back!!

    They do not honor the open table reservation. We were still expected to wait 20 to 30 minutes. I might have well just joined the waitlist on the way there. Steak was not medium rare. Was closer to medium well. Hard to cut too. Mash was really good. Side salad had minced cucumbers. I am allergic.
