Flambé was founded in March 2024 with a simple yet profound vision: to create a gathering place where friends and family could come together to savor delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere. Not everyone was open to the changes that Flambe brought to what was already a restaurant under a different name, however that only fueled our passion and culinary dreams even more. Situated beside Trim castle giving us a magnificent view, our journey began in November 2023 when we made the move to take over Franzinis.Our authentic Neapolitan woodfire pizza is just one of our Flambé taste sensations. Excellent food and service alongside a lovely cosy atmosphere. Our rib eye steaks were cooked to perfection and so tasty. The Crème Brulee was to die for. Very impressed!
