At Mayfield, we celebrate fresh and local. We take great pride that the produce served at Mayfield is grown onsite in our garden and the remainder is handpicked from local partners. So as you wander through the Garden Centre in the morning, you may well be eating from its bounty a little later in the day. Because we grow our produce, our menu changes with the seasons. The kitchen garden team chat daily with our chefs to make plans and sow the seeds, and when those fruits and vegetables are at their seasonal best, that’s what you’ll find on our menu. Had a special birthday celebration there and the service was impeccable. Great attention to detail and very accommodating. Food is excellent as always - generous servings with the corn ribs and tacos!

The ambience of the hotel grounds and the restaurant were fantastic. It was very welcoming yet visually pretty. The staff were attentive, personable and humorous. They were knowledgeable and easy to chat to. The menu choices were plentiful and the food was great. I’m looking forward to returning

The venue is so beautiful and what a dining experience. We had the octopus and it was so tasty and then it got better with the pork neck and fennel salad. The staff were lovely and really knowledgeable.Can’t wait to go back !
