Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Excelente lugar al cuál acudimos regularmente y disfrutamos en pareja o en familia. Excelentes platillos y la gente siempre amable. Desgraciadamente esta vez no pudimos probar el pan de muerto, nos comentaron que todo se fue para el evento de Formula 1. Saludos
