At the Nag’s Head we are passionate about food and the excellent quality produce that is available locally. The majority of our food is freshly prepared and cooked from ‘farm to fork’ by our Head Chef Andy Millard and his enthusiastic kitchen team. Our menu is varied and seasonal, appealing to all tastes and includes Chef Specials, favourite traditional “pub classics” and Sunday roasts. Adam Ellis our Exec Chef has designed our menus with a wide variety of options for special diets and with just a little tweak can be altered to suit the majority or diets. We also have an area for guests who wish to bring their dogs when you dine. However please note that this must be notified in advance. A lovely evening fantastic food and service. We ate with a two youngest granddaughters at 5pm everything was perfect. So whether your eating early with children, eating later with friends or a romantic meal for two. The potted lobster never disappoints.

Very welcoming staff and great atmosphere. The food was simply stunning and full of flavour, particularly the chicken and veg dish that my partner chose. Really efficient service and will definitely be back!

This is the most beautiful pub I’ve been to. It’s so cosy and welcoming. The staff are lovely and friendly. The food is amazing. We happened to fall upon this pub on the way to find a waterfall and I’m so pleased we did. Highly recommended
