Blondette is a French-inspired restaurant, concepted by award-winning Chef Daniel del Prado, offering traditional French cuisine fused with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Housed in a glass-covered atrium complete with an outdoor terrace and one of Minneapolis’ only retractable roofs, Blondette invites guests to mix and mingle under the stars all year long. Hells kitchen is amazing especially the bloody Mary bar that you make your own. They were so helpful and showing us and explaining to us how to do it. The food was also amazing.

We had a lovely time. Thomas and Roger were personal and attentive. The walleye was delicious as were the juicy lucy sliders. We recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place.
