At Mitsuki, on the 22nd floor of the Oriental Hotel Hiroshima, you can enjoy seafood and kaiseki haute cuisine, and a wide range of regional types of sake, while looking out at the stunning views, which are what you would expect to see from a skyscraper - to the south, the expanse of the Inland Sea, to the west, Hijiyama, famous for its cherry blossom, and to the east, Peace Boulevard and the cityscape of Hiroshima. The food is packed with seasonal colour and aroma. Mitsuki is unusual for a Japanese restaurant in that it is near the top of a skyscraper.
