Rose Garden Tea Room is set within the historic Rose Garden, the Tea Room offers an elegant and memorable experience inspired by the tradition of English tea service with a distinctive California twist.Any party with more than 6 guests MUST call to make their reservation or email tearoom@huntington.org. Please do not divide your party into multiple reservations, as each Open Table reservation will be treated as individual and will not guarantee adjacent tables. Please note that visiting the Rose Garden Tea Room requires purchasing admission to The Huntington. The Derby is more than a restaurant. Established in 1922, it has been family owned and operated since 1951. It is a grand museum showcasing some of horse racing’s greatest moments. We were in the area to visit The Forest of Lights and found this gem on Open Table. Such a cute restaurant with good food and cocktails. It was a perfect addition to our date night.

A very pleasant tea, in beautiful rooms, in a comfortable and welcoming setting. The teas the selves are excellent and the tea sandwiches, scones and tarts all delicious and of great quality. Warm and very accommodating service. Nice value too.

We had a wonderful dinner, and a wonderful time at Bar Chelou! The food was a constant flow of unusual, delicious flavors and textures. The service was perfect, from being greeted at the door to table service. Our services paced delivery of the small plates so we could really enjoy them. No rushed feeling here. And our servers recommendations were spot on. Finally, the food was reasonably priced, so we feel we can return again and again.
