At Odeum Restaurant, Chef Calisi combines Roman and Greek cuisine with Spanish influences, and includes his creative and fun flair to traditional dishes. In 1959, Frank and Tina D'Ambrosio decided to start a new restaurant venture along with their "Paisans" Mario and Enza Volpe, after Frank had much success with his first restaurant, the original "Frankie, Johnnie, and Luigi Too! In Mountain View, CA. Named after a good friend of theirs, they opened the original "Giorgio's" in the Foxworthy Shopping Center in San Jose, CA. One year later, cousins Anthony and Louise Dambruoso, affectionately known to the family as "Sash and Lou", took control of the restaurant and ran it for the next eight years. Pictures and paintings of these folks still grace the walls of the establishment today. In 1968, Frank's four sons assumed control of the restaurant and still own and operate it to this day. In 1997 they opened a second location in Milpitas, CA, where they still offer the highest standard of quality food, service, and value to their customers. Bon Appetit!!

    Odeum as really turned a corner (like a 180) for the better since the last time we dined there over a year ago. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!! They have all new staff from our last dining experience (which had terrible service). The dining room also seemed like there were furniture upgrades etc for a more swanky vibe. We’re delighted and will definitely be going back.

    Everything was perfect. The seafood salads were exquisite. I personally had the beet salad and added grilled prawns.....it was soooo yummy. Our waitress Anna was the best and Juan was always right there taking care of our every need. I love Rosy's!

    We were pleasantly surprised! We had booked sight unseen on Open Table, and when we saw the place started worrying it might exceed our budget. The menu alleviated our concerns. Not only was it no more expensive than equivalent restaurants, the majority of offerings were significantly less! The food was fresh and varied, with some really wonderful treatments. I had the half rack of ribs which was falling off the bone tender with a chipotle barbecue sauce. These were the meatiest ribs I have ever had - so much so that I could only eat a little more than half! We’ll be back
