Situated at the rear of the cellar door is the alfresco Garden Terrace. Enjoying the over 100 year old hedge our guests can enjoy wine flights and platters in a comfortable outdoor area. The range features fine, traditional style sparkling and elegant, cool climate tables wines that are classically varietal and regionally expressive. Our award winning single vineyard wines are curated from our 20 year old vineyard. Varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are grown, made and bottled onsite. Our wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. They are nurtured from vineyard to bottle by winemaker Martin Siebert and the Tokar family.The vineyard is hand tendered by our small team using a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. Since 2012 we have reduced cropping levels to ensure exceptional fruit is produced, and we have implemented more sustainable vineyard practices, such as minimising herbicide use in order to encourage soil microfauna and native grasses that harbour beneficial insects.Stop by for a tasting of our wines and enjoy a glass or two out on our beautiful lawn overlooking the vineyard.

Amazing venue, we had the lamb shoulder to share and it was drool-worthy ! We couldn’t even finish it so great value for money! Dessert lacked the wow factor in the traste department but it was presented beautifully. Definitely going back for special occasions!

The whole experience was memorable. The service was excellent and the food was unusual and well presented. Sitting under an umbrella out on the terrace looking out over the roses to acres of grapevines and the distant Yarra Ranges made me feel as if I was in Italy. Almost perfect!
