As usual delicious freshly cooked food which is simply and unaffectedly presented and full of flavour - the ingredients are local where possible. Lovely food

We really enjoyed a festive meal at WAX today. I love Watergate Bay and parking was free as it was out of season...bonus...nice beach walk with dog...bonus...then on to WAX where staff were friendly, food was scrumptious and atmosphere warm and welcoming x thank you, we are looking forward to our next visit xXx

Cheerful but could be cheaper. Service a bit slow but might be new so not that much of an issue. Sticky floor from previous nights adventures! Food was very good though. TV’s in every booth is a great touch.

As always great food and helpful staff. It’s a regular for us when in Newquay
