Newly relaunched on 10/29/24 as "Heritage East," on the beautiful square in Downtown Tyler.Modern East Texas cuisine by award winning (Cochon 555 "Prince of Pork," Texas Bucket List "Bite of the Season" for our Heritage Pork Chop) and Food Network Chopped featured Chef Lance McWhorter. Locally raised steaks, chops, chicken, wild game, seafood, handmade pastas, all served from an open kitchen that is right in the dining room. Our speakeasy bar, The Plaid Rabbit, is open to the public, happy hours are Tues-Sat, 5-7.     The ambiance and interior of Prime 102 is so wonderful, the service is exceptional and the food is excellent. This is our 3rd visit and our preferred destination to celebrate birthdays. Everyone is friendly and professional and we cannot say enough about the flavors of the food and the selections.

    I dined here last night with my boyfriend. Heath was our server and he was amazing! He was very personable and constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We had the crawfish beignets for an appetizer and they were awesome. The bread pudding was delicious and the drinks as well!

    One of the best meals we have had in forever. Farm to table meets creative southern flair. Excellent service and food. Loved! Everything - all the tastes and flavor pairings were well thought out and creative. Loved Speakeasy plaid rabbit and bartender Mitch- creative cocktails. Sat at bar and watched the show. Open kitchen - so cool to watch your dish being made. Loved our waiter Kyle and got to meet Chef Lance- a treat!!What a gem in downtown Tyler. Make reservations now and go! Run don’t walk.
