The menu is Mediterranean-inspired and features sustainable seafood from the best producers Australia-wide, and grass fed and free range meat and poultry. The wine list is one of the best wine lists in Australia, featuring over 800 wines, and receiving a 3 Goblet rating every year in the Wine List of the Year Awards. The service is welcoming, friendly, informal and yet, professional. An ideal venue for all occasions: from everyday dining, to business lunches, to celebrations, to wedding receptions and events.     The service was excellent as was the ambience. The food was disappointing and a far cry from Chinese food that I have in China and elsewhere in Sydney. The flavours were fine if you are not looking for those rich aramatic flavours of tried and true Chinese recipes. I have never before been given sugar to put on the skin of the Peking duck to "balance the flavours" This says to me they can't cook the duck properly in the first instance. Why do chefs try and reinvent the perfectly round wheel?

    Absolutely incredible food - especially the whipped cod roe & potato fugel. The decor of the restaurant is so beautiful and the attention to detail doesn't go amiss. The vibe was impeccable - will definitely be returning & couldn't recommend more!
