Yardbird is our rotisserie chicken restaurant upstairs above The Dirty Onion. Our menu is small but our flavours are big. Ok, we do chicken, but our chicken is famous!Our local free-to-roam chicken is marinated for 24 hours in lemon, buttermilk, and paprika. It is then dry-rubbed, cooked and blast-chilled to keep it juicy and finally roasted on the spit. Ribs and wings are also available, as are a choice of sides and homemade desserts.     Had a great early Christmas meal. I would highly recommend the sourdough festive sandwich. This time we didn't get a booth next to the window but could see it was so busy , so would have been unfair to take up a seat suitable for four. The staff were incredibly friendly , fun and efficient and made the meal feel comfortable and easy . thanks for a great time , we will always come back when visiting Belfast.

    This was my first booking through OpenTable and it was a great experience.Lots of reminders, ability to confirm booking. Yardbird messaged to say the table was ready early and I was able to tell them we were on our way. Staff were lovely, service was great considering it was a full house for Christmas and food was perfect.Highly recommend.

    We had a great time at the Ivy. Our waiter was excellent. He looked after us very well. We were able to stay at the table as long as we wanted. The food was very good and the atmosphere excellent.
