Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse is just the beginning of a new generation. This heritage began back in the 1940’s when Fred & Amelia Saliba opened the very first restaurant in the Saliba family. Although Brian wasn’t with his grandparents in the beginning, he was raised under the careful training of his father and mother as they carried on the family tradition.Because of this training, Brian began to love the restaurant business and pursued a career in the culinary arts. The initiation of his training began at O.S.U. in the college of Hotel & Restaurant Administration. During this time, Brian was able to train as an intern under renown chefs at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where he earned the right and inspiration to advance.As Brian progressed in his training, his desire to become a restaurant owner continuously increased. They have now begun the new generation of restaurants in the Saliba family, Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse.

Chef Andrew Donovan leads an incredible team of chefs in creating our seasonal, from scratch menus. We feature dishes from our wood fired oven and grill as well as house made pastas and breads. We are famous for our Wood Fired Empanadas and Hummus and Flatbread, but you will find much to explore on this incredible chef driven menu. Daniel was an excellent server! The food was great. The ribeye and filet were perfectly prepared. The desert menu has a number of tempting choices and the Carnegie cheese cake is a very good one, one of my favorites. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! Our waitress was absolutely lovely, very kind, insightful with recommendations and helpful. The food was delicious-we shared fajitas, and the margaritas were good.

Food was amazing. Beef Tenderloin was absolutely wonderful. The wait staff was very attentive. Best French 75 in Stillwater.

Good was delicious & service was great! Ribeye, filet, & steak medallions, all delicious! Old fashioned was really good, too. Beer could have been colder.
