Having an open restaurant interior surrounded by large windows, "Grill & Dining G" has an impressive atmosphere. it is the all-day dining where you can enjoy the grace of Fuji-sanroku (foot of Mt. Fuji) with your five senses. We produce lively and enjoyable meal time in the cozy atmosphere created by the warmth of wood incorporating interiors based around two colors; brilliant green and blue representing lake and Mr. fuji. Our special grilled dishes using fresh ingredients grown by the local cool climate go well with the great wines of Yamanashi prefecture. Please enjoy the seasonal and savoury gourmet experiences, that is unique to Yamanakako.

Essence is a casual restaurant that serves French cuisine using seasonal ingredients. Chef Shiro Naito opened the restaurant in 2010 to provide dishes that celebrate the essence of each season. Essence is conveniently located next to Inokashira Park and Ghibli Museum. Its spacious dining area provides tables for guests and a private room for special occasions. The menu at Essence offers themed seasonal courses. The restaurant uses organic, pesticide-free vegetables from Yoko Farms, has its fish and shellfish delivered directly from Hakodate and uses chemical-free fertilizer from Tokorozawa to grow some of its own ingredients.
